Nest Music Show puts on CHECK 1-2, a music, comedy and poetry night in Oakland. No cover, 21+. Every bill is booked. Some artists we go out and find, some send us something first. We also work with a few of them off the stage.
Events
CHECK 1-2 has run in small rooms around Oakland, with a host, a DJ between sets and usually some food. The last bill had Honey Gold Jasmine, hosted by Mac, with DJ TT Marz on sound. Next date and venue are coming soon, and the list hears first.
Artist Development
Off the stage, we work with some of the artists we book. That can mean video, honest feedback on songs and sets, or sometimes money behind a project. If you want to be on our radar, send us your music through the contact page.
